1. Digital Products & Subscriptions
AppoSync provides non-tangible, irrevocable software services. As such, all purchases are final and generally non-refundable. This includes:
Subscription plans (monthly/annual)
One-time purchases (e.g., lifetime licenses, add-ons)
Downloadable resources (e.g., templates, guides)
2. Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
Technical Failure: If AppoSync is unusable due to technical issues on our end, and our support team cannot resolve them within 72 hours.
Duplicate Purchase: Accidental duplicate charges for the same product/service.
Service Unavailability: If AppoSync’s core features become permanently unavailable (e.g., server shutdown).
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for unused time.
4. How to Request a Refund

Reason for the refund
Screenshots/documentation (if applicable)
We’ll respond within 5 business days.
5. Approved Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) may have additional delays.

We reserve the right to update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
