TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPOSYNC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY. APPOSYNC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL APPOSYNC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF APPOSYNC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

We may terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, and without notice. We are also not obligated to provide you with a reason for the termination of your access.
